Every Sturdy Step ladder carries a 3-year limited warranty against manufactures defects. If the unit is damaged during shipment, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify MITEC INC within three days of receipt. MITEC will replace the damaged unit and file the necessary claim with the freight carrier. If upon arrival the package is obviously damaged, the purchaser should refuse delivery and call MITEC customer service at 877-261-1120.
