Warranty Policy
Every Sturdy Step ladder carries a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects. If the unit is obviously heavily damaged during shipment, the consignee (purchaser) should refuse shipment and notify MITEC INC. immediately. If the damage or defect is noticed after the package is received and opened, please notify MITEC INC. immediately, and email us photos of the damage as soon as possible. MITEC will replace the damaged unit as soon as possible, file a claim with the freight carrier if applicable, and advise the return disposition of the damaged goods.
