"We previously had a Sturdy Step ladder which we loved, and loaned it out to a friend - and we couldn't get it back! So we ordered another SS4 from MITEC. After finding what we thought was the same ladder for a cheaper price on another website, we considered cancelling our order with MITEC. So we called the Customer Service contact to ask a few questions - at 8 PM on a Sunday night - and she answered! Using the measurements shown on both sites, she explained to us that the other website was actually selling a smaller ladder - a 3-step - using the wrong photo! When we found the SS4 ladder a little bit cheaper on yet a third site while still on the phone with her, MITEC beat that website's price on the spot. Now that we have our own Sturdy Step again, we are not going to let this one out of our sight! As soon as we got the ladder, I set it up and was up and down just for the fun of it. We also love the recent updates to MITEC's web site - it looks really nice!

"I already own a 6-step Sturdy Step ladder and love it! It is lightweight and very easy to move around. I have back-ordered the 8-step and await its arrival; it is worth the wait. I also am very pleased with MITEC. I had some questions and MITEC Customer Service answered them promptly, and even gave me an estimate on shipping since that is an added expense (but worth it for the ladder!).
